Application fee is £766 total when using the endorsement route (£561 endorsement application + £205 visa application); prize-route applicants pay a single visa fee. Immigration health surcharge is approximately £1,035 per year. Visa lasts up to 5 years at a time; settlement (ILR) may be possible after 3 to 5 years depending on field.
